Linkpro

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

Linkpro (linkpro.ee) is a public storefront for people who sell products sourced in China. A creator uses Linkpro to put product catalogs, buying-agent links, and shop links on one page, then shares that page. Visitors can read Linkpro and this policy without creating an account or signing in. An account is only required to create or edit a page.

At Linkpro, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who we share it with when you use our website and services. Use of Linkpro is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Linkpro does not use Google APIs or Google user data to generate or edit images. Linkpro does not create, host, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, and it does not offer any tool for that purpose. Product photos copied from a spreadsheet you choose to import are stored only so that collection can be displayed.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Linkpro (including signing in with email, Discord, or Google), we may collect the following information:

  • Account details: Email address, display name, and (if you use Discord login) your Discord username, user ID, avatar, and email when Discord provides it.
  • Google account data: Described in detail in Section 4 (Google user data).
  • Credentials: If you register with email, we store a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
  • Usage data: How you interact with Linkpro (for example pages visited, searches, and creator or haul activity tied to your account).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information.

Unless required for specific compliance purposes (and only with your explicit consent), we do not collect sensitive personal data such as payment card numbers or government-issued identification. Purchases completed on third-party marketplaces or buying agents are handled by those services under their own policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide access to Linkpro and its services.
  • Enable email, Discord, and Google sign-in and personalize your experience (including account settings and creator tools).
  • Improve the functionality, performance, and security of our website.
  • Communicate with you regarding your account or support inquiries.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We only share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers that help us operate Linkpro (for example hosting, analytics via PostHog, or transactional email via Resend).
  • For legal compliance purposes, if required by law, regulation, or government request.
  • In the event of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

We will never share your Discord, Google, or account credentials with unauthorized third parties. How Google user data is shared is also described in Section 4 (Google user data).

4. Google user data

This section explains how Linkpro accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data when you connect a Google account. Linkpro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4.1 What we access

  • Google sign-in (required only if you choose Google login): We request basic OpenID / OAuth scopes (openid, email, profile) so Google can provide your Google account email, name, and basic profile information, and confirm that the email is verified.
  • Google Sheets (optional): We do not request Drive access when you sign in. Only if you later choose to import a haul / collection do we request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. Google then asks you to choose the spreadsheet. You can also paste a link and confirm that one file. This scope covers only files you select for Linkpro. We use it to read product links, prices, and product photos from that spreadsheet, and to copy those photos onto Linkpro so the collection can be shown. We do not browse the rest of your Drive. We do not edit, delete, or share the file in Google.

4.2 How we use Google user data

  • Sign-in data is used solely to create or link your Linkpro account, keep you signed in, and show your account identity (for example email and display name) inside Linkpro.
  • Sheets data is used solely to read product links, prices, and product photos from the spreadsheet you select, and to import those products into your Linkpro collection. The photos are kept so the collection can be displayed after import.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, selling data, credit scoring, or training generalized AI / ML models. We do not use it to generate images or other content. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate Linkpro infrastructure under this policy, or as required by law.

4.3 How we store Google user data

  • Account profile: We store your Google email (and display name when provided) on your Linkpro user record, the same way we store email for other sign-in methods.
  • OAuth tokens: When you connect Google, we store OAuth tokens (and granted scopes) needed to complete sign-in and, if authorized, to read Sheets for import. Tokens are stored server-side and used only for those purposes.
  • Imported content: Product links and related import results that you bring into Linkpro from a Sheet may be stored as part of your collection / storefront content so the feature works after import. We do not keep a full ongoing copy of your entire Google Drive or unrelated spreadsheets.
  • You can disconnect Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions. You can also delete your Linkpro account from Account settings (see Section 7).

4.4 Sharing of Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. Limited processing by our infrastructure providers (for example hosting) may occur only to run Linkpro, under obligations consistent with this policy. Human access to Google user data is limited to cases such as security investigation, complying with law, or with your explicit request for support—and only as permitted under Google's Limited Use rules.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Google OAuth tokens are retained while your Google connection remains useful for sign-in or (if granted) Sheets import, and are removed or invalidated when you disconnect access or delete your account, subject to backup and legal retention limits. You can delete your account from Account settings at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access or update your account, or delete it from Account settings. Deletion removes your login, OAuth links, and stored Google tokens. Public catalog content may remain, unlinked from your login.
  • Withdraw your consent to data processing where applicable.
  • Revoke Linkpro's access to your Google account from Google Account settings.
  • Contact us regarding any privacy-related concerns.

8. Third-Party Services

Linkpro may contain links to third-party services (such as Discord Login, Google sign-in, optional Google Sheets import, Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, or shopping agents). We also use PostHog to measure storefront usage (page views and product / sheet visits). You can reject analytics on the cookie prompt. Linking analytics to your account happens only if you accept. We use Resend to send account emails (verification and password reset). Please review their privacy policies carefully, as we are not responsible for their practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, along with an updated "Effective Date."
