Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linkpro.ee and related Linkpro tools (the "Service"). By browsing, creating an account, publishing a collection, or clicking through to a buying agent, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Linkpro is operated for an overseas audience looking up China-sourced products. These Terms are written in English; that version controls if a translation differs.

1. What Linkpro is — and is not

Linkpro is a catalog and discovery layer. We index and display product information sourced from China marketplaces (including Taobao, Tmall, Weidian, and 1688), organize it into creator collections ("hauls" / sheets), and show QC photos and short notes where available. We also surface links so you can open a listing on a third-party buying agent or on the original marketplace.

Linkpro is not:

• A shop that sells or ships goods.
• A payment processor, wallet, or escrow.
• A customs broker, warehouse, or logistics company.
• The seller of record. We do not take payment for products, hold inventory, or handle returns.

When you buy, you contract with the marketplace seller and/or the buying agent you choose. Their prices, stock, quality, shipping, taxes, and refunds are theirs — not Linkpro's.

2. Who may use the Service

You may browse the catalog without an account. To save a login, use creator tools, or import a Google Sheet, you must register. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not use Linkpro if applicable law forbids it.

The public storefront is for shoppers and creators. The operations console at /ops is for Linkpro staff only. You may not attempt to access it unless we have given you an ops account.

3. Accounts

3.1 Sign-in

You can create an account with email and password, or with Discord or Google. You are responsible for activity on that account and for keeping your credentials and linked social logins secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think the account was used without you.

3.2 Email

Email sign-up may require a one-time code. We send transactional mail (verification, password reset) from our mail provider. You must provide an address you can access.

3.3 Deletion

You can delete your account from Account settings. That removes your login, stored OAuth tokens, and Google Sheets tokens. A creator page or collection you already published may stay on the catalog, unlinked from your login, if other people still use that public page. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

4. Catalog, QC, and assessments

Titles, prices, photos, variants, and shop names usually come from third-party listings or from a spreadsheet a creator imported. QC photos, when shown, may come from a QC image provider. We refresh and clean this data as we can, but we do not guarantee that a listing is in stock, that a price is current, or that a photo matches what you will receive.

Linkpro may show an assessment or summary on a product page. That is informational only — not a certificate of authenticity, not a grading service you can rely on for a purchase decision, and not a promise about batch, factory, or quality. Scores and badges may be hidden or changed as we develop the catalog.

5. Buying agents and marketplace links

Product pages include outbound links. Those links may include an affiliate or promo code so a buying agent (for example Kakobuy or another agent we list) can attribute a visit. Linkpro may receive a commission if you register or order through that link. That does not make us a party to your order.

Agent fees, warehouse photos, rehearsal QC, shipping lines, and customer service are the agent's. Marketplace rules (including "no returns" on some listings) are the seller's. Read those terms before you pay.

We do not process card numbers or agent-account balances. Do not send payment details to Linkpro.

6. Creators, collections, and Storefront Hub

If you use Storefront Hub (creator tools), you may create or claim a public creator identity, mount collections, and share a link-in-bio style page. You must have the right to publish what you submit. Do not impersonate another creator or imply Linkpro endorses your haul unless we have said so in writing.

You keep ownership of original text and photos you upload. You grant Linkpro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, cache, and distribute that content as needed to run and promote the Service (including your public haul page and product cards).

We may edit, unpublish, or remove a collection or creator page if it is unlawful, misleading, spam, or harmful to shoppers or to the Service. Official Linkpro / ops-curated catalogs stay under our control.

7. Google Sheets import

Creators choose a spreadsheet in Google, or paste a link and then confirm that file. Linkpro requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file only when you start that import, not when you sign in with Google. We read product links, prices, and product photos from the file you select. You must only import sheets you are allowed to share. Imported links and photos become catalog content under these Terms. Details on Google user data are in the Privacy Policy, Section 4.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or overload Linkpro, or bypass rate limits, captchas, or access controls (including Cloudflare Access on staff tools).
• Use automated tools to create accounts, inflate views, or spam ingest / parse endpoints.
• Publish listings or collections that are unlawful where you or we operate, including counterfeit offered as authentic in a way that violates applicable law, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Misrepresent a product, QC photo, or affiliation with Linkpro, a creator, a shop, or a buying agent.
• Interfere with other users' accounts or with the operations console.

We may suspend or delete an account, hide content, or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are broken, or if we need to protect the Service or other people.

9. Intellectual property

Linkpro branding, site design, and original copy are owned by Linkpro or its licensors. Marketplace photos, shop names, and listing text remain the property of their owners and appear here for catalog reference. If you are a rights holder and want a listing or image taken down, email [email protected] with the URL and your claim. We will review it.

10. Privacy, cookies, and analytics

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Essential cookies (for example language and sign-in) are needed for the site to work. Anonymous visit analytics (PostHog) run by default so we can count page and product views. You can reject analytics on the cookie prompt and still use the catalog. Linking analytics to your signed-in account happens only if you accept. First-party product-view counts used for ranking on Linkpro may still be recorded on our servers.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that Linkpro will be uninterrupted, that catalog data is complete or current, or that a product bought through an outbound link will match the page you saw. Use of buying agents and China marketplaces is at your own risk, including customs, seized parcels, and quality disputes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkpro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses from third-party purchases, lost profits, lost data, or customs issues. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Linkpro (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version applies when we post it on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Linkpro after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
